If someone sees cough and cold symptoms and tests Positive, the responsible authority is RTU who caused this to you by offline exams. Specially COE and VC. also Rajasthan government is responsible coz they are supporting RTU internally. Please take care #cancelRTUofflineexam

So VC and COE of RTU has stopped listening to student and Paisa chaapo scheme is running fully. Mails are not seen, phone not attended, nothing! So much crowd it was on center with zero covid behaviour, I doubt how many people got infected. If someone see cold symptoms, call RTU.
