@RefereeHalsey If two highly respected Senior referees can’t agree what chance is there for us mere mortals? Let’s simplify the Law completely by saying offside is offside regardless.

@RefereeHalsey This has nothing to do with movement. It was a static situation at a set piece of play. Basic training of a level 7 will explain starting position and that referee should not stand still but move to optimum position once ball is played in order to clearly all incidents.

@essexsenior are funding @FA First Aid courses, so that you get them for FREE but clubs aren’t bothering to sign up for it. Come on, it’s so easy to register and you never know, it could save one of your players lives!!

Also Peter Walton completely disagrees with @clattenburg1975 saying it was a definite penalty! Again if watching in slow motion it will always be handball. Need to look real time.
