@Chase_NL Would love to know what percentage gain you aim for in a trade ... like is it 2% gain at 3x for example, I know this depends but I would think you have some kind of minimum.

My process building this component library:
1. Make basic, versatile, generic geometry in Blender
2. Arrange basic geometry into a template prefab in Unity (the grayscale building)
3. Customize instances of the template for color and other small variations
