Yg dinaikkan oleh bupati Pati bkn tarif PBB , yang dinaikkan 2 hal: 1. nilai jual obyek pajak dinaikkan paling tinggi 250% 2. Persentase Pengali njop dinaikkan dari paling rendah 20% menjadi 39%.Misal NJOP sebelumnya 100jt sejak 2025 naik menjadi 350jt. NJOP untuk perhitungan PBB 39% x 350jt. Maka PBB dr sebelumnya 90.000 menjadi 663.500. Naik 6x lbh. Wajar sih kalo warganya ngamuk

We hope @USTtadeRep will ask for the Indonesian government's commitment to eliminate the tax issues when negotiating with the Indonesian government representative in the context of negotiating tariffs imposed by USA on Indonesia.

We thank the US Trade Representative @USTradeRep for raising the issue of tax audits and tax dispute resolution by Indonesian tax authority that lack of legal certainty. & income tax on goods imported from the US of 10% as part of the barrier set by the Indonesian government.

4. Tarif Pph pasal 22 atas impor yg tinggi antara 7,5-10% . Untuk restitusi atas kelebihan pph 22 tsbt memakan waktu lama dan harus melalui proses audit berbelit2.
