@ostaplosion disappointing as always. tsurenko doesn’t need to do anything that makes her feel uncomfortable, and i think even dasha said she understood why they didn’t shake hands and she was happy with the wave
why do journalists keep bringing this stuff up? why would we ever expect ukrainian and russian players to shake hands right now? it’s just beating a dead horse at this point and brings unnecessary hate to both players.

“blah blah blah i’m a tennis journalist and it’s my job to report on these things” you have the choice to emphasise certain things about our sport. why are we focusing on things as trivial as handshakes and not the actual playing?
