@Fearofsilence3 Sometimes when you try to avoid a feeling like ‘tilt’ it just makes it worse. Like being told not to look at the 1000 lb gorilla in the room. You gotta confront the feeling and find a way to express it in a healthy way. Personally I try to compliment my opp more often.
