Environment Canada has issued a weather notification for Alberta for Friday, January 30 to Sunday, February 2, 2025. Heavy snow will fall across northern Alberta while low visibility in blowing snow will impact much of central and parts of southeastern Alberta. #ABRoads
Please be advised that as a result of an ongoing labour dispute, schools are expected to have major traffic delays around their locations, today, Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2025, from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Motorists are advised to please exercise cautious driving at this time and to take alternate routes when possible, in the following areas:
- 144 Avenue and 66 Street
- 111 Avenue and 135 Street
- 23 Avenue and 17 Street
