Today's brunch was the iconic aloo paratha. Every Sunday Dad would wake early and make these whilst listening to Tom Jones 'What's New Pussycat' only he'd replace the word 'pussy cat' with 'Aloo paratha I love you' It was his first vinyl record which wasn't by an Indian artist.
