1. scrambled eggs are the way to go with eggs (don’t like a runny yolk)
2. mayo is mid (I don’t like it)
3. goat cheese is the worst cheese, it’s true that it tastes of what a goat smells

@mauiiyaoii In my case, anxiety comes from health concerns and not wanting to disturb people. Once I had an anxiety attack cause I was on a window seat on 10h flight and I did not have enough water, so my mind went spinning thinking that could die if i choked + not being able to stand up

@mauiiyaoii but i need more context to provide a more accurate answer, is the cause of anxiety the flight itself? or is crossing the ocean? health concerns? not wanting to disturb other people? I'm asking because I think depending on the reason you might have to consider different stuff
