@fredds_flowers is a shady company. If the only way people can cancel subscriptions is to call up, maybe you should focus on sending fresh flowers that aren’t dying, instead of relying on people not having time to keep ringing up 🥴🥴 should be illegal to trap customers like that

Imagine paying £300 for 2 chairs, then using Hermes as the courier, to never even receive them. Not the first time I’ve had problems with them. You get bette service for £50 chairs on Amazon etc!!! Shameful using the cheapest courier for such expensive furniture @AnthropologieEU

@AnthropologieEU is the biggest joke. Ordered chairs two weeks ago, dispatched them to Hermes, as soon as they are received to return to sender. No delivery attempt made. Anthropologie won’t send out a replacement I have to wait for a refund to process which will take weeks 😡

It is genuinely upsetting how much abuse bus drivers, post office clerks, medical staff etc get when they are just trying to do their job. There are signs up everywhere saying they won’t tolerate abuse but often they just back down cause they know it will escalate. Not right man

In the post office today & a guy started mouthing off because the clerk apparently sighed at him. There was a queue of about 15 people out the door and every time I visit there is. They are terribly unstaffed so yeah maybe she sighed but probably at the fact she won’t get a break
