My thoughts on all the static futures plans suddenly dropping after the explosion of @VestExchange:

Futures props got a little too comfortable with their market share.

Over the last 6–12 months, we’ve mostly seen restrictions tighten — smaller drawdowns, payout caps, stricter rules, and quicker moves to live.

It started to feel like some firms were taking their customer base for granted because… where else were traders going to go?

Now there’s a new offering gaining serious traction, and suddenly firms are being forced to compete for traders again.

That’s a GOOD thing.

Competition forces innovation, better pricing, and better products.

Whether Vest ends up being the answer or not, seeing futures props scramble a little and start offering plans that could actually be more advantageous to the trader again is refreshing.

Trump has now banned CNN, MS NOW and POLITICO from entering the White House grounds. 

That’s not all. He is threatening that more news organizations who criticize him, including the New York Times and Washington Post, will be next. 

Why? Because when demagogues like Trump are in trouble they want to control the flow of information and silence media that might hold them accountable.

We will not allow Trump to undermine the First Amendment, the Constitution and our democracy.
