@Mooglet1 It’s bloody fantastic if you ask me. I’d be really happy to pick this cake up as my cake order. Don’t give up. I’ve done cakes before too and I’m a perfectionist with imposter syndrome so I completely get it. Don’t give up!
@DonWeatherburn@DrDemography@DonWeatherburn your question is terribly devaluing and dismissive of the OP’s feelings of hurt and betrayal. It’s also very accusatory and presents as though she bought it on herself. Perhaps some empathy and forethought before you post in future.
Now, this bus stop was on a main road over a slight crest so he either saw me from the opposite side of the road and doubled back or was driving around like that ready to go. I was 13 and alone.
I was 13, standing at the bus stop at 7am in my uniform ready to go to school. A man pulled up asking for directions. He’s had a street directory open on his lap. As I stepped forward I could clearly see he had his pants down and was wanking.

@wendy_harmer@ljhooker LJ Hooker are the absolute WORST! Awful to deal with, crap customer service, rude, bullying, inconsiderate and so on. Dealt with them back in the 90’s and vowed never to again. Not surprised to see nothing has changed.
To everyone arguing that there's no law requiring you to wear a mask at the shops, there's also no law stopping me from putting my used toilet paper in your handbag at the shops.
Burnout. Feminist burnout, activist burnout, socialist burnout. Some of the forms of burnout I’m feeling because I feel like I keep fighting for justice against people with selective hearing.
2.5% gives me roughly $65 a fortnight extra. This doesn’t even cover the cost of parking for a week. Or tolls, or fuel. There are nurses who earn less than me so would read my $65 as luxury.
