singular focus on calling out idiots on X. success ratio measured simply by responses....currently standing at 80% and holding steady...as of 18/4 nudging 98%..
@the_zb_ Fred is a fine and honourable man, liked by everyone in the Paddock. I just hope he gets his reward, but it just doesn't seem to be quite getting there
@LUDENClassics@erasmus_binks@theseoldcars A lot is down to the guy running the workshop...Ali Gill used to run Foskers and worked on several of my older cars. He moved on to an E Type restored and then (back?) to KHPC. He's a thoroughly decent bloke and a mate I should catch up with!
Everyone should retweet this. I bet all of us know someone who is, or has been, in that position. I know I have. @jasonplato is an inspiration to us all
@hopskipjumpy@LUDENClassics You're missing the point of the Luce entirely.
This 400, provided it's not sitting on a ton of deferred maintenance has 3 things going for it. Manual, Green and high mileage. So many 400s & 412s move through the trade without ticking up the mileage
@LUDENClassics@theseoldcars Rob Grimaldi of course. Great guy. Interestingly though, Carrs in Exeter were cheaper than Rob and Lancaster Colchester for servicing the 575 Coupe and Superamerica I owned at the same time including collection and return. Mark Ware's your man
@FJB19@ShanghaiedStock@ListerLawrence And their management. A lot of people thought it would founder after LdM left. In fact each successive CEO has brought something different to the business and improved it. Shame Marchionne was lost before his time. He seemed immensely likeable
@FJB19@ShanghaiedStock@ListerLawrence By people who no doubt in their professional roles would always look at the data available to them before making a decision. The information released by Ferrari seems perfectly clear to me at least 🤷♂️
@DanielR57671000@ListerLawrence Yes. 3 5% of total production numbers of circa 4000 total volume of all models, to put it into perspective is 140 cars. This is Ferrari's 2027 target, rising to roughly 800 by 2030. They'll know 2028 whether their stated target market will support this. If not ..
@ITFarmerJohn@ListerLawrence I have day trader friends who have done well from the considerable volatility in Aston's shares. None holds, or would hold, longer term though!
