This is #SanDiego City Council President @SeanEloRiveraD9 violating state law (the "Brown Act") by interrupting the public testimony of Susan Baldwin and @dannyavitiasd during a Special Session on... Brown Act violations.

Before Sean interrupted Susan and Danny, they were suggesting actual steps and actions the @SDCityCouncil can take to actually demonstrate their "unconditional commitment" to our right to speak freely- without interruption or other impediments- under the state's Public Meeting Law (Brown Act).
