That first pic is a masterclass in narrative manipulation.

IN players are asking them to stop and leave them alone but they can’t (“i get why you’d think that but you don’t know what’s good for you! You’re woefully ignorant!”) because actually this isn’t even about solidarity! We’re trying to save the full company! (We’re doing this for the greater good, and we are on limited options so whatever we do is excusable and justified!)

Sad thing is they will never realize the narcissism of it all bc for months they’ve all hyped and validated each other in acting this way with no rational voice telling them to slow down (those people get labeled antis, or fakes, whichever is convenient), and like a true cult, the more you point the truth out, the harder they’ll cling to their own constructed perspectives, because everyone around them is just persecuting them and their pixel 🤷🏻‍♀️
