The site of Ministry of Corporate affairs is not working properly. Master data is unavailable for last few days. The filing of Form 11 of LLP is in process and Master data is not available. Sometimes payment site has some issues.

@MCA21India Recently, we are facing major problems in validation of DSC. Even if DSC is registered, mca shows error 'DSC not registered'.

Fed up of power shortages in Navi Peth Pune. Recently, almost every day, frequent power cuts are going on. Very disappointed with such miserable service. Hope it will be corrected as soon as possible.

Ministry of Corporate Affairs (@MCA21India) has taken a lot of steps to reduce pending cases.

Till 15 July 2024, 6,294 applications for withdrawal have been filed before the various courts. Lots of steps have been taken on the Ease of Doing Business front. Due to the decriminalisation of 63 offences, companies today are able to carry on their functions without the worry of compliance. A central processing system has also been set up.

Zero fee for incorporation has been brought in for companies with authorised capital of up to Rs 15 Lakh. This is an example of Ease of Doing Business going ahead simultaneously with reducing the pendency in courts.

I also want to underline the reforms brought in by the SEBI, particularly the timeline given for the settlement of claims. It is a remarkable step taken forward. Our market & companies have benefitted from it.

In fact, we're far ahead of many other countries where similar Company Law operates.

ये MCA पोर्टल की दुर्दशा है। 30 जून अंतिम तिथि है DPT-3 फाइल करने की, लेकिन वेबसाइट चल नहीं रही पिछले कुछ दिनों से। इसपर लगने वाली लेट फीस का जिम्मेदार कौन होगा? अतः @FinMinIndia से निवेदन है कि DPT-3 की अंतिम तिथि बढ़ाई जाए।
