@afshineemrani I started taking herbal iron, and it’s been 5 months since. My heart doesn’t race as often, and I do feel much better overall. Never rechecked my ferritin levels. But I’m sure it’s improved.
I wonder why ferritin is not routinely checked on a blood test especially for women.

@afshineemrani Wow.. something similar happened to me. The only difference I didn’t have a doctor like you to figure it out. I was fatigued, had shortness of breath, palpitations but all tests were showing normal except for my low ferritin (5). A doctor offered me antidepressants. (continued..)
