Really disappointing service from @RandoxHealth. Ordered home test kit 5 days ago, still not arrived. I needed to send it off yesterday was promised a call back and that they would arrange UPS to deliver yesterday no one called back. Now having to pay £170 today.

@Ryanair still waiting on my refund from March...you attempted to give me a voucher for my return flight but not my outbound flight claiming that you hadn’t cancelled the flight until after the outbound one had departed....

The flight I’m referring to is the 26th March TFS-BHX. You cancelled it on the 18th March. My outbound flight from BHX departed on 19th as scheduled but you didnt send the email to say return was cancelled until 20th. It was only because I looked on 18th at 2300 that I saw it was
