Wow what type of bus service is @nxwestmidlands running. Got on the number 23 on smallbrook queensway at 17.35 it's now 18.15 and just got to 5 ways and the driver has stopped for another break his 3rd one so far. 40 minutes to travel about a mile and 3 breaks. #itsajoke

@Arena_Central Hi. Thank you for your reply. I am not sure who is responsible for the chaos. All I can see is one lane is blocked off for work on the new HSBC and the lane opposite is blocked off for work outside the library. It has been like this for months disrupting everyone's journeys

It does not matter how nice things may look when the work at @Arena_Central is finished the chaos and disruption it has caused in Birmingham is disgusting. 25 minutes tonight traffic was at a standstill as they did not realise the temporary traffic lights were out. #notworthit
