Boston Pizza Game Recap: Broncos Drop 6โ1 Decision to Raiders
The Swift Current Broncos dropped a 6โ1 decision to the Prince Albert Raiders on Friday night at the Art Hauser Centre. After an evenly played first period, Prince Albert opened the scoring on the power play, but the Broncos responded with a strong start to the second and later pulled within one on Brendan Rudolphโs first goal as a Bronco. Special teams proved to be the difference though, as the Raiders struck three times on the power play in the second and added two more goals in the third. Despite being outshot, Swift Current showed solid structure for stretches, and goaltender Aiden Eskit turned aside 34 shots. The Broncos, now 9โ28โ2โ0, return home Saturday to host the Red Deer Rebels.

Boston Pizza Game Recap: Broncos Come Up Short in 5โ3 Loss to Warriors
The Swift Current Broncos dropped a 5โ3 decision to the Moose Jaw Warriors on Wednesday night at the InnovationPlex in their fifth meeting of the season. Brendan Rudolph opened the scoring for Swift Current in the first period, with Sawyer Dingman and Parker Rondeau adding goals later in the game to keep the Broncos within striking distance. Moose Jaw scored the eventual game-winning goal late in the second period, but the Broncos pushed hard in the third, pulling the goaltender in the final minutes and applying sustained pressure before an empty-net goal sealed the outcome. Swift Current outshot the Warriors 44โ34, won the faceoff battle, and received a strong 29-save effort from Archer Cooke. The Broncos record is now at 12-33-3-0 as they get ready to host the Medicine Hat Tigers this Friday.

Boston Pizza Game Recap: Wild Finish Earns the Broncos a Point in 6โ5 Shootout Loss
The Swift Current Broncos stormed back from a 3โ0 deficit but fell 6โ5 in a shootout to the Saskatoon Blades on Friday night at SaskTel Centre. After Saskatoon built an early lead, goals from Brock Burch and Brendan Rudolph in the second period sparked the comeback, while Trae Johnson and Trae Wilke added third-period markers, including Wilkeโs dramatic game-tying goal with 1.4 seconds remaining to force overtime. Neither team scored in OT, and the Blades secured the extra point in the fifth round of the shootout. The Blades outshot Swift Current 34โ22, while Archer Cooke made 28 saves. The Broncos earn a point and now sit at 13-35-3-1 on the season as they return to the InnovationPlex to face the Brandon Wheat Kings Saturday night.
