#DHFL Distribution Plan:

Investor with Rs. 2,00,000 exposure will get 2,00,000. 100% recovery.

But one with Rs. 2,01,000 exposure will only get ~84000! 42% recovery!

Anyone with common sense can see the absurdity here, but not the RBI Admin, CoC & their gazillion "advisors".

NCLT Mumbai approval to the #DHFL resolution without deciding objections in Interlocutory Application(IBC)/1192/2021 is confounding. Hope NCLAT steps in and does justice in the David vs. Goliath fight.
