Sharing my wife's exp with ordring a new Jio Sim, order placed on 24th March & paid in full but the sim is not delivred as of yet. Also, find Request no SR0000324KL9. Made numerous calls 2 JioCare all ended with 0 resolution. Lesson learnt. Pathetic & frustrating exp.

(1/2) @JioCare Day 30: Thanks and Congratulations Jio. Finally got our new Jio Sim delivered today, after endless calls to Jio Care and fake assurances, just to meet their 30 days SLA or the Sim would have cancelled. Delivered by the same person who was assigned on 4th April.

@JioCare Day 12: Jio Sim not delivered yet. Just false assurances from Jio with genric replies. If Jio is incapable of delivery a simple SIM, then getting it online through the app option should be disabled. Got delivery messages 3 times now, but no one actually came for the delivery.

@JioCare Even the timeline for Service Request is over.😅 Also, the hassale over getting a new Sim is quite an over whelming experience. But seriously this gave us a reality check on the other jio services that we were considering against all the hype. Thanks.
