Does anyone have a contract(s) that a data center has or will sign with a city, state, county or ?

Maybe we can combine crowd sourcing and AI to create, a contract that is optimal for the community, at the expense of the company building the datacenter.

The economics of a datacenter are incredibly profitable. As least for now. So now is the time to negotiate the best possible deal.
