At the very least, the Gov is finally showing SOME work on the city's transit (good for PR). The angkot drivers are appeased with a reliable income stream (from the free students transport program). And the general public is appeased with this GPS thing.

News says that this is merely just testing for the free students transport. But IMO it serves as an important stepping stone into a proper city feeder system... considering the city's spending habits...
