@Delta What’s up with your rental car reservation service? My last 2 reservations did not appear on my Hertz app though I input my Hetz # as always via Delta car resevations. I had to call Hertz and get them cancel & rebook so I got Hertz Gold & Delta points.

@Delta First time we have never received water or a snack on a 2+ hour flight (DL 1060 ATL to AUS). Some limited turbulence but First Class got multiple rounds of service. As a long time Delta SkyMiles member, this was surprising and not congruent with the Delta brand experience

@Delta Just adding to what is surely a massive negative response to your recent SkyMiles program change - particularly losing lounge access as a AMEX Platinum cardholder. I used to go out of my way to fly Delta and sing its praises to my colleagues... no more. I am disappointed.
