Y’all are incapable of seeing nuance. Two things can be true at once. Chris Hansen did a lot of good exposing predators but allowed his ego to get in the way which led to his downfall. Most of the men he exposed never got charged or convicted of anything. Thats just the truth. They got to go free to continue their behavior and that will always be the biggest failure of his show.

The movie isn’t saying “exposing predators is bad” it’s trying to show how Chris didn’t execute the plan properly and what the consequence was. It reached a point where the fame and success mattered more to him than anything else.
