After my last post I got a direct message that sent me to a form. Along the way I was promised both a two hour response to my disaster and a twelve hour one. Amazon has missed the two hours. Let's see how they do on the third one they have sent.

Despite the undertaking I got when my phone died neither Amazon, nor their supplier has contacted me to replace it. My family has now left for skiing without me. I have one semi functioning device (the broken phone) and a non functional body. Thanks Amazon.

@AmazonHelp It is unlikely that there will be any look. I am told that the way to return the broken phone requires the phone to be unbroken! If it were I would not need to return it!

Amazon has spent the whole afternoon avoiding responding to my broken phone. I finally got through to someone and he tells me that the way they will contact me relies on the broken phone working! How can they have such a bad system?

How do I get my Samsung refurbished phone returned to Amazon? It is the only device I have and when I took it off the charger this morning the large screen didn't work. This is written on the small outside screen
