It’s the only nightstand light I use. Sunset in uk winter is like 4pm summer like 9pm so only light I use at home after work
Replacing that warm light with red ones plus iris pro?

2- low lum 3k warm light always at home
3- 23:30 ish
4- 3am 8ish

Never sunglasses.
No yellow glasses though.
No caffeine after 1pm
No energy drinks
No alcohol ever or weed for that matter
Gym 6x week

@JackEllis You half way through that process have the sense that you should just give up and just google/ read docs, but you‘re so committed that you almost arm wrestle it until it generates what you want. Giving up feels that the problem “won” and you lost, in reality just wasted time
