A disappoiting way to start my T1 journey, I know there are things I could have handled better myself, the high expectations and responsibilities on me definitely affected my confidence and performance a lot. At the same time, I genuinely believe that with a stronger structure and a better environment, things could have turned out very differently.

Last thing, i believe that if after years of roster changes, the results never change, maybe it’s time to ask different questions
