Before General @mkainerugaba’s commandos descend to Parliament, Hon Clerk of Parliament, internal auditors, Human Resources Director, external auditors, and all concerned directors and leaders in Parliament should have stepped aside and reported to Kibuli to pave way for a full, transparent, and credible investigation. Leadership demands accountability and cooperation with lawful authorities at all times.
Those implicated or under scrutiny should avoid hiding or frustrating investigations because time is running out. It is better to cooperate with investigators and allow institutions to function transparently than to face forceful arrests and public embarrassment later.
Ugandans expect integrity, responsibility, and accountability from public officials entrusted with national institutions and resources. @CID1_UG

Our dear president @KagutaMuseveni has worked so hard to ensure development in Uganda but a lot of the people under the major institutions have sabotaged his mandates, I hope this time every institution will be streamlined since @mkainerugaba is in charge. I still have hope.

Winstone Katushabe controls the transport and works ecosystem. He is untouchable. I think Minister Gen. Katumba fears him like a bullet. He is the most feared civil servant and king of dirty games by far. I don’t think there is anyone in M7 regime who can shake Katushabe.
