@BrimwoodFarm @eBay Yep. Continually. They hold money for 21 days despite all my good feedback and the fact I've never paid an eBay bill late or let a buyer or seller down. Ah well. I guess I'm just the little guy and I have to play by their rules. How are you? Xx

Calling dog owners! Who do you recommend for insurance? We are currently with @DirectLine_UK, who have been fab in the main, but want to compare prices as premium has gone up and some out of hours stuff wasn't covered lately which was a pain. Maybe Pet Plan?

@Greengrumbler @DirectLine_UK Ah thanks. They seem to now offer 12-month cover or lifetime... so we would go for lifetime. The premiums are cheaper than DL but for 4000 a year rather than 8000. Must look into it further. Thanks for tip about NFU.

@LorMcC I decided to try FB but didn't find it great for small stuff so am back to ebay... although they've just put some money on hold again despite me having glowing feedback. Ah well! Xx

Getting a bit fed up of selling via ebay. Too many fees and then they hold my funds for 21 days for no good reason (apparently because I'm a casual seller, despite great feedback and never missing a payment). Has anyone sold via FB marketplace and found it good? #eBay

@HelenNickols Thanks. Might try it for bigger things but stick to ebay for smaller ones.

@litchfieldhens Thanks. I gave it a go and wasn't that impressed. But can def see that it would be good for bigger stuff that was collection only. Ebay keeps putting my money on hold, and of course there are fees, but the auction system is easy and generally people are not time wasters.
