All our dubai onwards connecting flights were non-refundable and now after I get to dubai I will have to book again.
One silly mistake by @emirates is costing us a lot of stress and 1000s of dollars.
Just imagine being on an airport for 4 days without any support.

Our luggage is still in santiago.

Latam refused to check in our luggage as we had two different bookings. we confirmed it from @emirates before booking. When we called @emirates they said latam should check in and we are trying to call them but they are not taking our calls.

For a moment, just think how will you feel if you are abandoned at some unknowns airport with family and you don’t have any place to go, you don’t have any place to sleep. We have been up for hours and hours and still no one from @emirates have reached out to us.

.@emirates helpline is useless and they keep saying that we cannot do anything to help and you need to find our representative on the airport.

Seems like all the advertisements related to corona coverage are just marketing gimmick. We had to arrange doctor ourselves.

We are stuck here with no help from @emirates. There is no emirates office on São Paulo airport. We cannot speak Portuguese.

The first 24 hours were scary as hell and for a couple of hours we thought we won’t be able to make it.

We’re stuck at São Paulo airport since 3rd aug due to the fuckup of @emirates. They boarded us from Stgo after checking all the documents and by the time we reached São Paulo our covid test got expired and they left us midway. How can an airline leave someone without assistance.
