God loves when we approach Him wholeheartedly, keeping nothing back.

If God can forgive us the sins that should otherwise separate us from Him for all eternity, surely we can show mercy to those who wrong us. Mercy for others isn’t just a nice idea; it’s a command.

What type of thoughts take up real estate in your mind?
The News. There’s nothing wrong with being informed, but when the stress and anxiety and punditry of the 24-hour news cycle fills your mind, it’s a recipe for thoughts that lead us away from God’s peace.

You can’t spell love with fear. The letters just don’t work.
Fear holds us back from giving our everything. That’s why true love isn’t possible from a place of fear.

Giving isn’t just an action. It’s an attitude of the heart. Cheer and giving go hand in hand.

God doesn’t need our money. He wants our heart. But the surest measure of our hearts is what we’re willing to give back.
