These men HAVE NOT been proven to be connected to Hamas is any way. They are NOT militants. These men are academics, doctors, journalists, elderly men and even children as young as 13-years-old.

@platinum_grapes It’s not up to you how the victims of genocide interpret derogatory phrases that evoke the violence perpetrated against them. It’s only our responsibility to respect them and honor their very real lived experiences and histories.

@platinum_grapes Part of that genocide included the scalping of indigenous people for profit. It became so profitable that at one point, settlers began to take on hunting indigenous people for their scalps as their full time profession. It’s a tragic and horrific part of U.S. history.
