@AirCanada wrong terminal on boarding pass and no gate even 30 minutes before take off. And your website says gate D3 in terminal A! There is no such gate! Had to hurry across a massive airport. Gate attendants had no idea and were unapologetic. Terrible. Unnecessary stress!

@united #DCA #UnitedClub closes at 7:30. I get there at 7:00 and dinner is cleared. Surely you can clear after you close? I keep questioning why I keep paying for this club. And on top of that you are increasing fees.

@VW about a year into buying my atlas my ACC started occasionally giving an error. I took it in. Solution was to turn cruise control off before turning engine off. It kept working intermittently. Then it stopped completely. Took it again. They didn’t fix it. I’m very frustrated.
