Update - @KarenMillen just sent me two transaction notes, which they claim shows they made the payment. The statements only reference two transactions and are over £400 short.
Awaiting refund - 6 weeks now.

So been waiting a month for a refund from @KarenMillen . I have a full list of payments and refunds (wedding outfit trying on, go figure), and they are still claiming to have paid out when it's not in my account. When I chase, no reply. JOY.

Update: Still waiting. They still think they've paid it. Ended up sending them a screenshot of my bank!! And @KarenMillen don't even have a phone number so instead I'm repeating myself to someone new ever 48 hours.

When the AM first album came out in 2006, I spent my days listening to it in a boyfriends car (I wasn’t old enough to drive) before choosing Sheffield for my UCAS options and ditching said boyfriend to go and discover exactly why you’d go to High Green via Hillsborough.
