Our varsity girls team qualified for regionals!!! This morning at districts, they finished 3rd out of fourteen teams. They will race again on Saturday in Tiffin. Emily Reichow, Megan Stone, and Miriam Fowler made podium!

Eighth grader Juliana Moon earned All-Conference honors today, finishing in 11th place at the SBC Championships. She ran hard from start to finish! Way to go, Juliana! We look forward to all three JH girls joining our HS team next season.

Your Lady Rangers are SBC Runner-Ups! It was truly a team effort today for our ladies. Emily Reichow finished 4th and earned First Team honors. Miriam Fowler finished 10th and Megan Stone was 11th, both earned Second Team honors. All six girls battled hard. #WeAreNorthwood

It was a warm morning full of racing in Fostoria. 9th grader, Megan Stone, was our top individual finisher in 29th place. Next up, SBC league championships at Tiffin.

Eighth grader, Christian Herrera, is our Ranger Runner of the Week. This is his first cross country season. He is becoming quite the distance runner, consistently working hard at practice and dropping time at races. The sky’s the limit for Christian!

Amazing day at Tiffin Carnival today. The weather was perfect. Every one of our athletes that ran, set a season or career PR! Our varsity girls were 11th out of 19 and missed 10th by only four points. It was a great day of racing! #WeAreNorthwood

Friday Fun at practice today included Christmas-themed challenges including human Christmas trees decorated with race medals, singing, crosswords, and finding the dill pickle in the evergreen trees. 🎄🏃‍♀️🎅🏼🏃‍♂️
