@AskDyson My HP01 prompted a deep clean for 1st time (5mths old). Gets stuck on Step 5 (counts down in 10s increments). I understand this is a widespread issue w/ this machine. If I cancel the deep clean the machine prompts me to enter deep clean again. Help.

@redbox Went to return my rental at the Shoprite kiosk in Kearny, NJ. Touched the RETURN button and the screen went to this and just stayed there. Left after several minutes waiting without returning my disc. Can’t get to another kiosk today. Now what?
