GET YOURSELF SEEN! 👀 It’s important to wear high vis and reflective material, like these fabulous models, when you’re running in low light or after dark. Headtorches can be👍but don't shine them in others' eyes, direct your lights to the pavement rather than straight ahead.

@pt_steveb Goal is now looking like a Spring Marathon 2021 - potentially London. Currently re-building from the ground up with foundational Strength and Conditioning movements and light, shorter sessions with extended recovery time built in.
