@CityFibre I find it difficult to believe you don't have 'access to client contracts and information'. I have already raised this with @brillbandapp and they are waiting for you to update them (and me!) of the date my issue will be fixed. Stop hiding behind an ISP and get my issue fixed.

@CityFibre @CityFibre what is happening with my installation? I've waited 3 weeks and had no update from you. Constantly have to chase my ISP who are likewise in the dark. Absolutely disgraceful customer service
