@zoecabina I studied the Bible (secularly) in literature courses in high school simply because it is foundational for understanding Western literature. It is equally as important for understanding any other discipline.

@zacklol92 @dannyroddy I get bad methylation issues when I take B complexes (I won't sleep for days) but the energy on B1 feels clean. I've been trying to look into natural sources but I don't naturally eat a lot of those foods :(

They are now surrounded graffiti, needles, human shit. I'm scared to go there. Our city was beautiful. If we could have a beautiful city then, why not now?
