1/3 - Easiest way — bank toggle: Open your bank. Near the top you'll see an "Item / Note" toggle. Click Note. Now everything you withdraw comes out as a stackable note.

2/3 - Click Item to switch back.
If items are already in your inventory: Right-click the item, choose Use, then click a banker or bank booth. Done — it's noted. Good to know: Notes are stackable so they save inventory space, but you can't use it until you swap them back at a bank
