Stephen Little & some of his friends are running to raise funds for charities and Groups who hold activities for people who have Down's Syndrome.

No rest for the wicked tho the wall is 7 weeks! Back on the road this weekend

Covid changes mean runs are as follows:

4x4x48
The wall
Enduro 24 (24hr race Ross and Kev are doing) July
The great north run
The pilgrims ultra 50 mile Sept

Packaged well, quick delivery. Good for road running, more spongy & better for my heels. Though not designed for wet weather they were dry during a wet windy run!
