Definitely a summer to remember… the last 4 weeks I have truly switched off from work and focused entirely on what’s important to me outside of it with a couple major life events thrown in 🥰

Well ending it as BUTL Club of the Year was definitely a highlight.
So proud of everyone who is a part of this club - it’s their determination and vision that make it!

I’m stepping into a different role next year but I know this club will be going from strength to strength!

Let’s make year 11 as coach the best one yet…. We’ve gone from a small group to a large team with a group of instructors who have a passion for taekwondo both as a sport and martial art.

We made it… quite the apt Easter card for a dog loving PE teacher.

Congratulations to everyone who participated in the kickathon! We have currently raised £520, thank you to everyone who donated!

During the day, we practiced patterns, did sparring drills, did a 5k and a 3k run, and had a style swap between WT and ITF plus more.

Teaching is so hard when things are hard in your personal life. There's no option to not be OK, you just have to be on your A game from 8-4 while there are students about. It's tough. Look out for your colleagues. ♥️

BUTL! Great fun and lovely to see so many of us competing! Overall we took home 1 gold, 1 silver and 9 bronze! 🏆
