@JetBlue Trying to get refunded for our flight from JFK to San Juan that we missed because you were understaffed and the staff that was there couldn’t have been less helpful/friendly. It took us over 1 hour 15 mins to get 2 bags checked. Also waited hours on the phone after, no luck.
