Improved my PB on this course by over 45 minutes!

Felt great right from the start and was able to hang at the end of the front pack. Focused on my fueling strategy taking in 80-90g of carbs each hour.

I was able to run a consistent race and managed to slowly but steady move up in the rankings. First aid station I was in 13th and then took over one by one to end up in 6th at the 50k mark.

I was able to defend 6th with 10 seconds to 7th place in the end!

Super happy with my race and the result getting in a top 10 spot in my last race before turning 40 😊

On to the next one!
