Eagles & Sixer fan, 26.2 x 11, love baseball. I’d say I don’t like the Phillies but that’s a mistake, if you don’t believe me ask Santa. Love Acuña & Tatis Jr.
An all-time pitching performance by Jacob Misiorowski. He threw a one-hit Maddux and punched 15. The most in a >99-pitch shutout before was Tarik Skubal's 13. This is Miz finding out in real time what he can be. The velocity is mind-bending. All of it is.
If the rumors are true & AJ Brown will no longer be an Eagle soon, I’ll be sad…
Was there drama? Sure. Was he unbelievable? Absolutely. He’ll always be one of my favorite all-time Birds.
Try to watch a second of this 19 minute highlight & not smile. Impossible. Birds legend 🦅

Bombshell: The Browns are finalizing a trade that will send two-time Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett to the Los Angeles Rams, per @rapsheet, @TomPelissero and me.
In exchange for Garrett, the Rams are expected to send Pro-Bowl edge Jared Verse, a 2027 first-round pick and other draft-pick compensation still being negotiated to the Browns.
I have 4 four boys — 25-25-23-19.
Today I’m thinking about the young men and women their age who gave everything for this country.
Puts it all in perspective.
Grateful. 🇺🇸
This is Eagles OL Tyler Steen at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
His grandfather, Sgt. Rodney M. Davis, jumped on a grenade in Vietnam to save five fellow Marines.
Davis was awarded the Medal of Honor.
This Memorial Day, his story deserves to be told. 🇺🇸
Josh Izewski just shattered his personal best, won the nation’s largest 10-mile race, (IBX Philly Broad Street, 40k+ runners).
45:08 is a new course record and the fastest ever on American soil by any athlete.
@GCMarathon up next for him!

Kenya has a Double Taxation Agreement with the UK. So when an athlete like Sebastian Sawe wins big abroad the UK gets first bite at the prize money.
Sawe earned 48 million shillings. The UK taxes him at 20 percent. That is 9.6 million gone right there.
When he comes home he still has to declare the full 48 million to KRA. Kenya taxes its residents on income earned anywhere in the world. But because of the agreement KRA will not tax him twice. They give him credit for what he already paid in the UK.
KRA first works out what he owes in Kenya on the whole amount. Around 16.35 million. Then they subtract the 9.6 million he paid in Britain. So in the end Sawe pays Kenya about 6.75 million.
He still loses a big chunk overall but at least the system tries not to double dip completely. That is why there was so much noise about protecting athletes from heavy tax hits on their winnings.
