@AnnaBoniface @Strava I haven't used Strava or a GPS watch for over a year - just a simple Casio stopwatch. I've found that I run & race better when I pace by feel. Used to get too distracted/anxious by what pace I was *supposed* to run at. All the data is too much info, the brain knows best 🧠
