👏 👏 👏 @BrathayEvents - the Langdale Half & Marathon were superb - so well organised & marshalled. Managed to run the whole course & delighted with my 1’45” finish, especially considering the 1:3 segments, overall elevation gain & that I forgot my watch 🙈. Quality medal too 🏅

@hcarruthers26 The first time I returned to playing football after a 15 month Covid-induced absence, another player told me I’d put on weight. Very unhelpful & unnecessary. I scored the winning goal in a 2-1 win and celebrated by running past him, rubbing my tummy!
