@PatsPlanet_ If you cannot get to altitude for an extended period of time before the event it is actually optimal to be there as soon to the athletic/physically taxing event as possible. Lots of factors to think about but this is supported by research. The ideal time frame is under 18hrs b4.

@MBTA one of your drivers, driving bus 1763, nearly hit me as I was riding in the Colombia Rd bike lane this morning. They began to merge into the bike lane while I was alongside them, seemingly did not check to see if anyone was there. This is a very dangerous driving habit.
